NH-PAI Policy and Procedure on the Online Directory

Purpose:
To develop an online directory for any NH-PAI members to advertise on the NH-PAI web site.

Rationale:
Presently, only NH-PAI members who are recognized as Qualified Therapeutic Touch Teachers, Practitioners, Mentors, or, Teachers/Educators may advertise on the NH-PAI web site according to the geographic area in which they live.

Policy:
Listings in the online directory are optional. Fees will be charged for an initial listing and annually. Listings will be organized by geographic area and by member names. Members of NHPAI in good standing will be eligible to advertise through the online web directory. Listings will include name: Address, phone number, e-mail address, up to 3 areas of TT practice, and web sites. The enrollment form will include agreement for members who have web sites, to include NH-PAI as a reciprocal web site on the member’s web site.

A separate page, Member-Links, will be included on the NH-PAI web site, to provide links to members who have web sites.

Web sites that are offensive in nature or pornographic will not be allowed as links. Enrollment fee is not reimbursable. At present, the online directory will be the only way to link to the NH-PAI web site.

The online directory will include a statement that information provided by members does not constitute an endorsement by NH-PAI.

Procedure:
1. Members interested in being included in the online directory will complete the online directory enrollment form and submit the initial enrollment fee.
2. Members will pay annual listing every 12 months.
3. Members will be provided an access code to update their individual listing.
4. Members are responsible to maintain accurate information on their listing.
5. Members enrolling on the On-line directory will agree to include NH-PAI as a reciprocal web site on the member’s web site.
6. The Communications Trustee is responsible for monitoring the links and information to ensure that the policy is implemented effectively.
7. Should a link be considered offensive, the member’s information will be will be deleted from the online directory.
